Burnout, trauma, that dead relationship, and the confusing isolation of your healing journey do not have the final say.

REBIRTH is a 12-week transformation for Self-discovery and reclamation.

this is my invitation to you. 

I’m here to help you make sense of your sensitive nature, your intuitive gifts, and create a belief system and spiritual practice that serves your highest and best good.

In 2018, I started overflo, as a sanctuary for spiritual awakening, as an answer to my soul's calling. Like many of you, I've always been "sensitive", but in 2016 I emerged from a dark night of the soul with a yearning for a deeper connection to my Self and to Spirit. My family had always been rooted in the church. In fact, generations of my ancestors are buried in the same church cemetery in my small hometown. But a faith tradition was not the only thing that had been passed down.

That's where my spiritual gifts come in.

My dark night of the Soul was initiated by the unraveling of all I had ever been presented as fact as it pertained to my identity, God, and spirituality. In the stillness I created to confront these collapsing belief systems, I began to experience the inherited gifts of prophetic visions, dreams, and insights about the people in my life, people I'd never met, and beings that were not even human. In short, shit got real and weird at the same damn time.

I learned to work with my gifts largely on my own, with the support of who I came to recognize as my ancestors, guides, and Spirit team. When that phase of Self-discovery ended I deeply desired a supportive learning environment and teacher. I had so many questions and wanted to be surrounded by like-hearted folks who wouldn't look at me sideways for asking my burning need to knows. Now I hold that same sacred space for other lifelong learners and spiritual seekers.

When we ask, Spirit reveals the answers. I teach us how to ask, listen, and work with the revelations.

REBIRTH is a 12-week holistic healing program that honors your mind, body and spirit to support your ever evolving personal and spiritual development.

Your purpose in this life is simply to embody the true nature of your soul. But you don't have to do the soul's journey alone. Healing and Self discovery with the support of community is transformational. There are tools and wisdom available to support you in your becoming.

In REBIRTH you'll engage practical coursework that unpacks deep spiritual wisdom and learn to:

what you can expect…..

Lessons 1-3

Focusing on our personal power, existing beliefs and ideas about our selves, creating a sense of safety and security in our bodies and minds, identifying beliefs and ideas about ourselves that no longer serve, alongside a releasing ritual.

Lessons 4-6

Focusing on uncovering our fears, embracing our desires, cultivating courage and devotion to our path, tapping into our magic and spiritual senses, and identifying harmful and helpful inherited or cyclical patterns from our lineage

Lessons 7-9

Focusing on how we want to show up in the world, our ability to embody our whole selves in harmony with the rest of creation, examining what we believe to be true about the Divine and our relationship to it. Creating personal practices to cultivate and maintain connection to our highest Selves.

Lessons 10-12

Focusing on releasing attachments, cords and wounding from the past. Exploring intimacy, emotional intelligence, and cultivating nourishing connections. The circle will close at the end of winter allowing for opportunity for rest, integration of material and support.

I have been able to own and articulate my needs and desires to others more effectively, but most importantly I have been able to own the fullness of myself as God's unique creation. I’VE TAKEN REBIRTH BEFORE, IS THIS THE SAME?

Yes! This is the same 12 weeks of work revised and adapted slightly, but you are more than welcome to join us again.

DO I HAVE TO KNOW TAROT/ASTROLOGY TO JOIN?

NO! The teachings and practices in this immersion will be based on the facilitator's knowledge and understanding of how we can use these tools (among others) to Self heal and reparent. THIS IMMERSION IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS OF UNDERSTANDING.

WHAT WILL WE COVER IN
OUR LIVE SESSIONS?

Our 3 live sessions are a combination of energy clearing and healing, with a focus on the lower 3 chakras, group reflections, and meditations from the assigned coursework.

WHO ALL GON’ BE THERE?

In the past, REBIRTH circles have been made up of primarily Black women, which brings me joy and deep honor, but the circle is open to all (or no) genders.
