I'm a sacred healing artist and community medicine woman. I have been guiding people, primarily Black women and femmes, to Self-actualization through divination for the last 7 years.
As a scholar-practioner, my primary focus is the contemporary application of ancient wisdom in oracular traditions.
I am the founding Spiritual Director of the overflo institute, a research-focused contemplative leadership sanctuary in Winston-Salem, NC.
I also serve as Associate Priestess of Ile Ase Ire, a global ministry with a temple located in Winston Salem, NC.
I am a Mother to 3 teenage boys who were my first initiation into caregiving. The mantle of Motherhood is the core of my value of care as vital in our vocations.
I come from a multi-generational lineage of prophetic dreamers and storytellers. As a highly sensitive person since birth, my earliest experiences of higher consciousness happened through Love for others. My foundational knowledge of God and the Holy Spirit comes from my family’s Christian faith tradition, the church of Christ.

Medicine Mapping is a culturally responsive vocational discernment tool grounded in indigenous Africana principles. It assists learners and leaders in identifying and implementing their leadership archetypes, which supports sustainability and transformation in communities and organizations.
Medicine Mapping is available to institutions of higher education, professional training, and community organizations.
